Another Professional Network. Because Apparently, We Haven't Congratulated Enough Strangers.

Welcome to The Professional Sycophants, where you can finally stop being humbled to announce.

Your career is more than a collection of motivational paragraphs. Your failures don't all need to be valuable learning experiences. And occasionally, a meeting really could have been an email.

Connect with people, discuss work, question companies, discover opportunities, and present yourself as a human being.

Your corporate personality is no longer mandatory.

The Unfiltered Résumé

Corporate version

“Successfully navigated a dynamic organizational restructuring.”

Unfiltered version

“The company reorganized three times, nobody understood the new reporting structure, and I somehow kept the department running.”

This Meeting Could Have Been an Email. This Email Could Have Been Nothing.

Somewhere along the way, professional life became a performance. Promotions arrive as press releases. Layoffs are “exciting new chapters.” A missed deadline is a learning journey, and the learning is always, conveniently, about resilience.

We built The Professional Sycophants for people who would rather say what happened. You can still celebrate a win. You can also admit a loss without wrapping it in a leadership parable. You can ask a company a direct question in public and see whether anyone answers.

Membership is free for individuals and always will be. Businesses pay for Koi's hiring tools. Nobody pays for your attention, because we're not selling it.

Enter the Circus — we saved you a seat near the exit.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience of authenticity.

A Forge d'Arcadie venture.
