Employer Terms
For organizations and representatives using Bulletin responses and Koi recruitment.
Last updated October 22, 2026
Representatives
You must genuinely work for, and be authorized to speak or recruit for, the organization you represent. Verification happens through a matching work email domain or moderator review. Responses on Bulletin are published as official statements of the organization.
Job listings
Listings must be for real, currently available positions, describe the work honestly, comply with employment and human-rights law, and never charge candidates fees. We strongly encourage salary ranges.
Koi's promises
When you set a reply date, you commit to giving every applicant a human response by then. Your on-time reply rate is shown publicly. Applicant limits exist so each person can be properly considered.
Candidate information
Use candidate information only to assess them for the role they applied to (or were invited to). Don't share it outside your hiring team, scrape it, or keep it longer than your own legal obligations require. You are responsible for any copies you make.
Fees
Employer tools are free during early access. If we introduce paid plans, we'll announce prices in advance and nothing will be charged without your explicit agreement.
Termination
We may suspend organizations or representatives that break these terms, including for deceptive listings or misuse of candidate data.
